11 Heart Connected Principles 
1. Begin the day in positive intention, meditation, thankfulness - to set the
course or tone of one’s day, including all of humanity.
2. Create movement in your body through walking, dancing, exercise,
stretching or other expression.
3. Seek opportunity to do a good deed or random act of kindness today. Write a
note, make a call, contact someone that would be touched by your
thoughtfulness. Remind someone of who they are. Find opportunities to Pay It
Forward.
4. Nurture yourself with plenty of rest, inspiration, motivation and healthy habits.
5. Let go of those things in your life that do not support you in being all that you can
be. Forgive, forgive, forgive. Begin with yourself first.
6. Feel the emotion within you as you envision the experience of peace, prosperity,

'space'. Let 'the child within' out to play in this wondrous Universe
