3. Seek opportunity to do a good deed or random act of kindness today. Write a note, make a call, contact someone that would be touched by your thoughtfulness. Remind someone of who they are. Find opportunities to Pay It Forward.
4. Nurture yourself with plenty of rest, inspiration, motivation and healthy habits.
5. Let go of those things in your life that do not support you in being all that you can be. Forgive, forgive, forgive. Begin with yourself first.
6. Feel the emotion within you as you envision the experience of peace, prosperity, health & wealth within.
8. Surround yourself with supportive and encouraging people who lift you in Spirit.
9. Walk with ‘inner joy’ on this daily journey. Illuminate your heart light-a light that is non-extinguishable.
11. Be open to 'the magic' in life. Know that we are filled with ‘pure potential’ and we have the ability to plant the seeds of Higher Vision in our personal and global world. This essence is a seed. Plant it abundantly. Joy begets joy. Peace begets peace. Love begets love.

Bobbee J. Rickard is the founder and creator of Universal Heart Connection. She has been involved in the human behavior-spiritual movement since the early 70's. Having worked side by side with her father in his spiritual work. She has lead workshops on a variety of topics all with the underlying mission of 'being all that you can be'. She has promoted workshops over the years for great Teachers: Norman V.Peale, Maxwell Maltz of PsychoCybernetics, Wayne Dyer, Mark Victor Hanson of Chicken Soup of the Soul with many other great books, Terry McBride and Terry Cole Whittaker.
Bobbee teaches that spirituality is our natural gift and that it is not surrounded by walls or steeples; it is of the heart and the connection the heart makes when it is in its rightful state of being. When one's heart makes that "connection" then one knows they are on purpose. One must be true to one's heart...for that is the space where miracles take place. That can be playing with a child, meditating in a special place, walking in the early morning hours or having coffee with a friend. These are the moments that make the heart sing.
